So many women run screaming from the room when we mention the words Business Plan as there is a perception that a business plan has to be a long and convoluted document that only serves us when we’re applying for a loan.  Business planning is just that, a plan for our business (or career) and whilst it can be a book-sized document, we believe that in a few pages we can get to the essence of our business, considering all its most vital aspects.  The essence of a great plan is using our creative and logical thinking to create a guide to help us to build our business. So jump aboard and let’s get planning.

Writing a business plan – just like setting our goals, is the first step towards success. Having a good plan with monthly targets helps and guides us towards success and in this workshop, we will start to create the first draft of that plan.

In this session, we will:

• Identify the range of planning techniques we can employ
• Recognise the benefits of planning
• Review the planning template and planning guide provided by Shakti Women
