Horizon Aims

The Horizon Mentoring Scheme has been developed to continue the excellent work of Women In Management and to build on the values of the organisation, to help women develop their full potential in their life and career.

This initial six month pilot is the Horizon scheme is opportunity for our members to work with the support of a Mentor to advance themselves in the area of career development.

The initial  pilot  is to engage ten Mentors and ten Mentees to work with us to try our programme and help us to ensure that we have developed the most effective system for the benefit of both our Mentees and Mentors.

The one main aim of the Horizon Mentoring Scheme is to support the development of WiM Members through the sharing of information and utilise the resources readily available to all of our members.
