Understanding the non-verbal messages exchanged between you and your prospective client can provide you with powerful insight, tools and techniques to improve your negotiating skills, higher confidence and achieve greater success.

Anyone wishing to improve their negotiation competence to achieve greater effectiveness in winning business and gain greater confidence in communication with their clients.

At the end of this session delegates will:

  • Have gained a greater understanding of non-verbal communication in negotiation
  • Received some tips on how to improve their personal negotiating body language
  • Gained some skills on reading others
  • Made some improvement their own confidence in negotiating
