More about Problem Solving: How to be the Person Who Brings the Solutions, not the Problems

About this Event

In today’s fast paced 24/7 business environment being able to act quickly and make decisions with confidence is not only a measure of personal effectiveness but can add real tangible benefit to your organisation.   To think holistically and become more aware of the environment you are operating in gives you and your business a competitive advantage over others.   Having the ability to recognise problems and get to the heart of the issues can be a very marketable skill.

In this session we will be looking at how we maximise the way we think about problems along with tools and techniques

Learning objectives:

  • How by taking a different approach to problem solving you can add real value to your business
  • How using ‘whole brain thinking’ can produce creative and impactful results
  • How to determine the ‘root’ cause of a problem using tools and techniques to filter your ideas
  • How to influence others and gain buy-in to your proposal
