| Subject: Dissertation Survey Questionnaire on personality traits of managers and their management style
I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Management. In partial fulfillment of the programme, I am required to conduct a research project in an area of interest and submit a dissertation. I am focussing my research on understanding female management styles in the UK, and how they may have been developed; are female management styles different to male management styles and if there is a difference, what are the reasons for these differences. I am targeting female employees with people management responsibility as potential respondents and I am hoping Women in Management UK would be able to assist me with the distribution of the survey. Some examples of the ideal respondents I am looking for are: Female Directors The information gathered is only for purpose of the dissertation, and I can assure you of the strictest confidentiality of the information provided.
