The social housing landlord Housing for Women is seeking a new Chief Executive. The organisation owns/manages homes for approximately 800 women in London, as well as running some special projects targeted at particular challenges, including women leaving prison with dependent children, trafficked women, and women rejecting domestic violence. The successful candidate will have a strong personal commitment to the organisation’s purpose, and will have a track record in leadership, gained in social housing or in a related sector.
S/he will have experience of managing financial and operational performance, and will be able to combine business and strategic thinking with a strong sense of social justice. Closing date: 18 February 2013 at 12 noon

With more than 20,000 homes, Catalyst Housing is seeking a Chair for its South East local Board – this region covers Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire, and contains a large proportion of the organisation’s stock; the individual would also be providing leadership to the local non-executive team.
The Chair of this local Board sits on the main Catalyst Board. Catalyst would ideally like to find someone who resides in the area – with cross sector experience in areas such as customer services, social housing, regeneration, community action and local government.
